Brady is a Bay Area native. He grew up in the East Bay and then moved to the North Bay where he received a degree in Marketing. After college he joined the Sales & Marketing team at Realtor.com . While selling in his San Francisco and Marin territory, he was recruited by a prominent Marin County broker. In 2001 he joined in her Remax franchise and got his sales license. He soon received his broker’s licenses as well, and they later partnered in their own brokerage.

Brady branched off and formed Hobby Associates to further his vision of providing exceptional service in a boutique brokerage atmosphere. He has owned personal as well as investment properties. Brady is a technology enthusiast who looks for the latest and greatest in real estate related technology. He enjoys learning new areas and using the negotiating skills he has acquired in all of these areas. He is a tough negotiator and has a successful track record of closed deals.

He and his wife currently reside in Danville with their three daughters Reese, Lucy and Jane.

Erica M. Hobby

Erica was raised in the East Bay. She met Brady in high school and they were married right after college graduation. She received her Bachelor’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. She has worked in a variety of capacities including marketing, human resources, and accounting. In 2001 she took a leave of absence from the corporate sector to pursue a teaching credential. When working with clients, Erica effectively combines her marketing background with the patience and nurturing attitude she has needed while teaching. She also has marketing experience forming and promoting her own greeting sign rental business.

Erica has an eye for interior design and enjoys helping our clients get top dollar for their homes. She works closely with our contractors to prepare their homes for sale. She serves in a marketing capacity, preparing both our company and client marketing pieces. She also works closely with many of our buyers viewing property and evaluating the pros and cons of potential properties.

She and her husband currently reside in Danville with their three daughters Reese, Lucy and Jane.
